Russia

Russia has officially handed over part of its territory to China, settling a border dispute that goes back centuries. Following an agreement signed in 2004 China has been granted the whole of Tarabarov island and part of Bolshoy Ussuriysky island. Both islands are situated in the Amur river. Russia and china have been at this since 2004 and they just finished this dispute in 2008. So it looks like Russia is getting smaller and smaller. What will Russia do with all that money is what I'm wondering.

Louisville

This makes the third week Louisville is suffering with its third week of water shortage. The best way to fix their problem right now would be a heavy rain fall to refill the county's main water source, which is the Licking River. Officials were hoping to attach a water line from a near by neighboring friend Johnson County. The national guard are trying to dig up deep wells.

It starts with Mc and ends with Cain. Yes, thats right him and Obama both using their character traits to argue against with one another. Former pastor , incendiary Rev. Jeremiah Wright says,"Democrats say one thing a do another". I don't believe so McCain was asked about economic issues and he used smear tactics to steer away from the question at hand. He is trying to avoid the real problems at hand. Just so he can put Obama and his ways down. If he is scared to talk now should we really put this country in his hands, that is my opinion. When his back is against the wall he cant just put the blame on other people because he will be in charge then.
