On 7.35 p.m. an elliott county jailer raped an inmate he was transporting. His name was Charles f. Howard he was 50 years old. The inmate was a 26 year old female they did not release her name or any other information about her. This was all the information the article gave me.

Sucks that prisons aren't secure enough for that to happen.
amazing. i thought cops were supposed to protect us from bad guys, not rape us while we're in cuffs. Then again that's what the government has been doing since it started... CB
That is kind of sad that someone can get raped while in prison.
sucks that happened to her hope she will press charges
