My article is about Mayor James Kalb. The audience is concerned U.S. Citizens. This article interest me because I thought that everyone who worked for the government got it easy and usually never get in trouble since they are on the inside. I learned that the major violated provision of the City Carter. I learned that he had violated section 82 of the charter. I learned that the rule he broke was "no person receivng remuneration from the city and holding an appointive office or place in the city government shall act as an officer of a political organization". The only question I have is what was he getting out of this deal?
